cvTracker facilitates the task of matching "interim managers" to potential assignments.
cvTracker enables users to construct and maintain a database of CVs in a format compatible with Microsoft Word. The system also maintains a database of demographic information fo each Candidate. Records are also kept of:
- Assignments carried out
- Contacts (phone calls, letters, emails etc)
- References
- Directorships held

cvTracker contains tools for:
- the creation and maintenance of multiple HitLists
- Researchers creating HitLists that are then passed to Consultants for action
- de-duplication, quality assurance initiatives, automatic emailing etc.

Although cvTracker was designed to avoid the need for labour intensive coding of Candidates, users can apply codes to Candidates for both statistical analysis and search purposes.
cvTracker is designed to be used in offices involving multiple Consultants all interacting with a single centrally supported database and search engine.
